So, this is a HK MP5 SBR with a S&H registered sear. That means, two stamps, one for SBR and one for the sear. Fully transferable machine gun. Gun looks excellent in and out. Gun comes with 6 30rd mags with pouches, sling, manual and both stocks. Gun is ready to transfer and we do E-File.

RETURNS: IF you are unhappy with an item, you have THREE DAYS to let us know from the time you receive the item. If the auctions states, (AS IS) we will not take it back. We refund the winning bid only, no other fees.

SHIPPING: Shipping is to the lower 48 states. SHIPPING TO ALASKA. If you are outside the lower 48 states, you must ask before bidding. SHIPPING TO HAWAII.  ALL LONG GUNS ARE SHIPPED UPS GROUND, I WILL NOT SHIP LONG GUNS USPS.  Handguns are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipper will send TRACKING NUMBER.  DO NOT EXPECT SAME DAY SHIPPING, I MIGHT, BUT I MIGHT NOT SHIP SAME DAY.  Shipping Fees are FLAT RATE and stated in the auction. Insurance is included in the shipping cost.

California: I will ship to CA, but it is your responsibility to make sure the item is LEGAL. I will NOT refund any shipping fees for an item you were not allowed to have.
