This Chester County Armory listing is for a Heckler & Koch MP5 A3 9mm Parabellum NFA transferable select fire submachine gun.

This beautiful NFA transferable submachine gun started off life as a semi-automatic, German manufactured Heckler & Koch Model 94 9mm rifle that was converted into a submachine gun and NFA registered via a Form 2 registration. This is a registered receiver model that features a shelf design with an SEF trigger pack nestled in a polymer contoured trigger housing. This weapon has all of the modern MP5 updates, including a factory HK trilug 8.9″ barrel and a paddle magazine release. It will come with both the attached A3 HK telescoping stock, as well as an additional A2 fixed stock. Also included with purchase is an original HK factory sling for the MP5 and three 30rd factory HK magazines.

Mechanically, this transferable MP5 submachine gun is also in outstanding condition and functions flawlessly. The metalwork is solid. The bore remains bright and shiny with crisp, clean rifling. The bolt and bolt carrier note only very minor wear, and the fire control group notes only minor wear, as well. Cosmetically, this weapon is also in overall excellent condition, with only minor handling and use marks observed in the finish of the metalwork. The polymer furniture is also in very good to excellent condition, with only minor handling marks observed.

This beautiful Heckler & Koch transferable registered receiver submachine gun is currently on a Form 3 for easy transfer. The current NFA paperwork lists “Form 2 Registration” as the manufacturer and “MP5” as the model.
